One of the best parts of my job is meeting some amazing couples, as they plan and embark on the biggest day of their lives! It’s such a privilege to spend time together at this special life moment, and being a small part of their day is truly an honour. This is exactly how I felt with Christine & Peter, as they planned their Kilnwick Percy Resort wedding in York.

York is one of my favourite places to photograph weddings. From the stunning med-evil architecture, to the cobbled streets, through to the beautiful parks, York really has everything to plan your perfect wedding! I was so honoured to be asked by Georgina and Tim to photograph their wedding back in September.

They had decided to have a small format wedding, with the ceremony at York Registry Office, and the reception at Impossible, York. I love the intimate feeling of small weddings and the family feel they had to their day was just perfect!
